FAITH STATEMENT

God:

We believe in one true, living, eternal God, who has manifested Himself in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The Scriptures:

We believe the Holy Bible, both Old and New Testament, is the inspired Word of God, the authority in all matters of faith and conduct for Christians.

Jesus:

We believe Jesus is the Christ and Savior of all; the Son of God manifested in the flesh. We believe Jesus was crucified for the sins of humankind, died and resurrected from the grave, is alive and will return to reign on earth as “King of Kings” and “Lord of All.”

The Holy Spirit:

We believe in the Holy Spirit; God present in our world today. We believe the Holy Spirit convicts people of sin, judgment and righteousness, and that He regenerates and indwells Christians, giving them power to live a life that is pleasing to God.

Salvation:

We believe God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son to die as payment for the sins of all and to work in us, helping us live a life of victory over sin. As a result, those who receive this free gift from God will not experience spiritual death but will have eternal life.

Christian:

We believe a Christian is someone who has received the gift of salvation and trusts in Jesus’ death and resurrection as payment for their sins, living their life according to His Word and example.
